Support, calls and SLA — awaiting SQL integration
This section is built and ready. It will populate once the DCS API exposes support, calls and sla read models for TER672. No data is estimated in the meantime.
The browser never connects to SQL directly. The dashboard backend calls the internal DCS API, which reads approved views through a controlled network boundary.
