Sync status and connections

A pass reads every configured source and writes down health, findings, contract value, SLA and the maintenance gap for each customer, so the portfolio screens read rather than recompute.

A dataset that fails degrades the customer to partial rather than losing the pass — a tenant that throttles its usage reports should not cost the licence data already read. A failed pass never overwrites good figures.
